UK HealthCare in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Pharmacist Staff/OnCall for Good Samaritan Hospital. The role involves providing pharmaceutical care, reviewing medication orders, and participating in patient care rounds.

The ideal candidate has a BS Pharmacy or Pharm D, and 2 – 3 years of inpatient experience. Candidates must be licensed or license eligible in Kentucky. This is a temporary, on-call position with varying shifts supporting patient care.

Formación

• 2 – 3 years of Inpatient Hospital Experience preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist or License Eligible in Kentucky.
• PGY1 residency preferred or equivalent 2 – 3 years for Inpatient Hospital Experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
• Review and perfect medication orders.
• Provide pharmacokinetic evaluation of therapeutic regimens.
