Job summary

Qualifications

• PGY1 residency preferred or equivalent 2 – 3 years for Inpatient Hospital Experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
• Review and perfect medication orders.
• Provide pharmacokinetic evaluation of therapeutic regimens.
