Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring on-call Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Prisma Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and coordinate with the nursing team to meet nutritional needs.

Previous customer service experience is required. The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds and pushing carts, with on-call shifts; benefits include a meal plan and free bus transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Able to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with HIPAA, HACCP and sanitation policies and assist dietitians as needed.
• Deliver and pick up meal trays while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
