Qualifications

• CHAA certification required upon hire.
• 3 years of experience in Patient Access or business office settings.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years using medical terminology in job settings.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice patients hear at the start of their care journey.
• Help coordinate admissions and navigate intake processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate clearly with patients and care teams to uphold trust and smooth workflow.
