Job summary

The University of Arizona is seeking on-call Parking Event Monitors to support events on the Tucson Campus. This part-time role involves guiding attendees, directing traffic, and assisting with parking locations during football games, concerts, and other events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
• Previous work or volunteer experience in events such as concerts, sporting events or large gatherings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attendees with parking locations and direct traffic during events.
• Position acts as a fee collector for designated parking areas.
• May drive a golf cart to transport monitors, signage, and safety equipment.
• Performs basic maintenance on golf carts after events such as oil and tire checks.
• May be assigned to check in and check out Parking Event Monitors to track hours.
