Job summary

Old Tucson Entertainment is seeking reliable Parking Attendants to manage parking operations during evening events. Attendants direct vehicles, assist guests, and maintain safety and efficiency of parking areas.

Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively in various weather conditions. They will provide excellent service while helping guests locate parking and ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, often in extreme heat.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Ability to stand and walk for extended period.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage parking areas to ensure optimal use of available spaces.
Direct incoming vehicles to designated parking areas and spaces.
Manage the safe and efficient entry and exit of vehicles.
Assist customers with locating their vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing parking-related information.
Maintain a safe and clean parking environment by removing trash and debris.
Monitor parking areas and report suspicious activities, safety concerns, or incidents to security personnel.
Maintain accurate records of parking occupancy and usage, as required.
Communicate parking policies, event information, and directions to guests.
Assist with traffic control to maintain efficient vehicle flow during events.
