Operations include ensuring ticket and card machine functionality, cash reconciliation, and deposits. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean background.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily parking fees and monthly dues from customers.
• Reconcile cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
• Deposit daily cash drawer balance at closing.
• Ensure proper operation of ticket and card machines.
• Provide customer assistance and directions; verify access cards.
• Monitor parking garage security cameras for issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, stairways and elevators.
• Report accidents and incidents to authorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies.
• May perform other duties as required.
