Responsibilities

• Maintain order in the parking facility and provide professional customer service.
• Report to work on time and clock-in before duties in uniform.
• Adhere to all company rules and policies and seek clarification when needed.
• Use opening/closing checklists to ensure the facility is in good operating condition.
• Verify revenue and ticketing systems and ensure proper cash handling.
• Assist patrons to park and issue citations as needed when vehicles are improperly parked.
• Answer questions from the public enthusiastically.
