Job summary

University City Housing (UCH) is in search of a skilled Painter to support renovations and make-readies across our Philadelphia-area portfolio of residential units. You will work directly with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering, and you’ll help prepare homes for move-in while maintaining accurate service records.

The role is full-time and based on-site, with responsibilities that include completing assignments on schedule, assisting with snow removal, and performing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of painting and plastering experience.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Paint and plaster interiors and exteriors for residents.
• Maintain service records and update projects.
• Renovate homes and prep for move-in.
• Ensure completion of assignments on schedule.
• Snow removal and related tasks as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
