Job summary

CCS Building Group is seeking a full-time painter to support a team of construction professionals in both residential and commercial settings. The role covers all phases of painting and wall-covering work, including surface prep, taping, puttying, and caulking.

Responsibilities include priming, finishing apartment units, wallpaper removal and installation, and general site support. The position emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and safety awareness with OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Driver's license is required.
• First Aid and CPR training.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prime and finish paint apartment units using spraying, rolling or brushing applications.
• Remove existing wallpaper and install new wallpaper as required to complete project specifications.
• Perform all phases of professional painting and wall-covering work including surface preparation, taping, puttying, and caulking.
• Complete general clean up and support the crew as needed.
• Report to the crew foreman while being capable of performing most tasks with minimal supervision.
