Responsibilities

• Delivers quality PT treatment to patients across pediatric to geriatric ages, coordinating with care team.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability.
• Completes chart documentation accurately and timely, and provides patient-friendly handouts.
• Maintains professional competency through continuing education and ensures safety and proper equipment use.
• Coordinates therapy activities with other health care disciplines and participates in discharge planning.
