Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an RN to participate as a key member of the health care team, delivering high-quality nursing care to Health Plan members and other patients. The RN will work under supervision and provide skilled care by telephone and in-person as needed across acute and chronic settings.

Candidates should have 2+ years RN experience or completion of Kaiser’s transition program, plus chemotherapy infusion and oncology exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of RN experience within the last five years or completion of Kaiser Permanente NW RN New Grad/transition program.
• Minimum six months of chemotherapy infusion experience.
• Minimum six months of oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the health care team for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan members and patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality policies and quality standards.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
• Utilize nursing processes and evidence-based guidelines to plan, implement and evaluate care.
