Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its health care team, delivering high-quality care to Health Plan members and other patients. The RN uses nursing process and leadership to address acute and chronic needs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the health care team delivering quality care to Health Plan members and other patients.
• Applies leadership and nursing process to address acute and chronic needs; ensures HIPAA and confidentiality compliance.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, and ability to mentor staff and participate in population-based care.
