Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Portland, Oregon team as a frontline care provider delivering high-quality nursing services by phone and in person. You will employ the nursing process, collaborate with the health care team, and address acute and chronic needs of Health Plan members with leadership and professional standards.

Responsibilities include applying clinical judgment, advocating for diverse patient populations, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience within the last five years.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing and active RN licensure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
• Participate in population-based care, outreach and education.
• Triage by phone and in-person with appropriate escalation.
