Bonneville International Corporation is seeking a Fill In (On call) Journalist - Anchor / Editor / Writer to join our Seattle site. The role requires delivering factual, compelling news content across broadcast and digital spaces in a deadline-driven environment.

The position supports talk shows and the news desk, with potential to write for the website as needed. The ideal candidate has a four-year journalism degree (preferred) and 3+ years in news editing/producing, anchoring, and reporting,

Formación

• A four-year degree in journalism or related field preferred.
• Three plus years in news editing/producing, anchoring and reporting preferred.
• Regional knowledge of local issues and politics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate and engaging news content for over-the-air and online.
• Write brief, factual newscasts and deliver them live on air.
• Record, edit and mix audio to meet deadlines.
• Identify and secure interviews; build a robust network of sources.
• Work independently in a deadline-driven environment and support talk shows.
• Maintain proficiency with multimedia broadcasting systems.
