The ideal candidate holds a Florida Nail Specialist license, has 2+ years in a luxury spa environment, and is passionate about sanitation, guest experience, and personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician.
  • Experience in luxury resort or spa setting preferred.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, nail enhancements, and spa treatments per resort standards.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Nail Technician is responsible for providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized nail treatments, in a serene and luxurious setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional technical skills, a strong understanding of sanitation and safety procedures, and a passion for creating personalized guest experiences.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, polish applications, nail enhancements, and spa treatments according to resort standards.
  • Consult with guests to assess preferences and customize services to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on nail and skincare products to support ongoing home care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail area, ensuring all sanitation and safety procedures are followed in accordance with state regulations.
  • Ensure proper disinfecting and sterilization of tools and workstations after each service.
  • Keep current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to continually enhance service offerings.
  • Assist with maintaining appropriate product and supply inventory levels.
  • Support team members by contributing to a welcoming, professional, and cooperative spa environment.
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect Sunseeker's standards of excellence in hospitality and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the department.
What are we looking for?

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
  • Sunseeker Resort performs criminal background checks on all candidates.
  • Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist License.
