Role Overview
The Nail Technician is responsible for delivering professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments, within a serene and luxurious setting at Sunseeker Resort.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish applications, nail enhancements, and spa treatments according to resort standards.
- Consult with guests to assess preferences and customize services to meet their expectations.
- Provide recommendations on nail and skincare products for ongoing home care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail area, following sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with state regulations.
- Disinfect and sterilize tools and workstations after each service.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to enhance service offerings.
- Assist with maintaining product and supply inventory levels.
- Support team members by contributing to a welcoming, professional, and cooperative spa environment.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect Sunseeker’s standards of excellence in hospitality and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician, preferably in a luxury resort or spa setting.
- Proficiency in classic and contemporary nail techniques, including gel, dip, and spa treatments.
- Previous experience working in a similar hotel, resort or luxury nail spa setting.
- Authorized to work in the US (definition under the Immigration Act of 1986).
- Subject to criminal background checks and E-Verify confirmation.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
