TriBridge Residential in Columbus, GA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for our Lofts at Riverwalk property. You will perform on-site maintenance and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities include inspecting move-outs, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager, and completing required training. The role requires HVAC certification, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• Minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must own required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces essential.
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
