Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in multifamily settings, possess a valid driver’s license, basic digital skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance of units.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting as required.
• Use maintenance tools safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Work on call as needed and maintain a professional appearance.
