The role requires supervisory experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks, budgets, and safety compliance. On-call duties and collaboration with management are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of maintenance supervisory/leadership experience.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred; HVAC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance team activities and supervise technicians.
• Prioritize service requests and oversee make-ready units.
• Perform and supervise repairs for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and other systems.
• Inspect work by vendors/contractors and ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety in common areas and exterior spaces.
• Monitor expenses and stay within budget guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies during on-call rotation.
• Support management and participate in resident events as needed.
