Burlington Capital Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at Fairview Cove in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, supervision of a team, and ensuring resident satisfaction with timely repairs.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC certification, multifamily maintenance experience, and a proven ability to manage priorities, budgets, and safety standards while coordinating with contractors and the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR required.
• Ability to lead hands-on maintenance while directing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and prioritize service requests.
• Provide guidance to the maintenance team and perform hands-on repairs as needed.
• Inspect and supervise work by contractors and vendors.
• Ensure make-ready units meet standards and maintain curb appeal.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
• Respond to emergency maintenance during on-call rotation.
