Job summary

Guidepost Montessori in the United States is seeking friendly, reliable Substitute Teachers for our on-call program. You’ll support mixed-age classrooms (0–6) when full-time teachers are out, with training provided during orientation.

This role offers flexible hours and a path to full-time Assistant Teacher positions; prior Montessori experience is not required, but a warmth for children and strong communication help you fit quickly.

Qualifications

• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
