Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age classrooms for ages 0–6. This role is ideal for flexible, dependable individuals, with no formal Montessori training required as training is provided during orientation.

You will step into classrooms as needed, assist with daily routines, and help maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment while collaborating with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
