Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a flexible on-call Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms when full-time teachers are unavailable. No formal Montessori training required; orientation will cover training needs.

You will assist across classrooms serving ages 0–6, maintaining a calm, engaging, and nurturing environment. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher position, making it a strong entry point into Guidepost

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
