Job summary

Cassia’s Emerald Crest of Minnetonka is seeking dedicated on-call caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to support memory care residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with ADLs, personal care, and medication administration while promoting dignity and independence.

The role offers on-call hours with pay between $20.00 and $24.38 per hour, with team support and opportunities for growth within a nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver (HHA, PCA, or CNA)
• Experience with medication passing is preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate on medication administration
• Passion for geriatric care
• Strong interpersonal and social skills are essential
• Good customer service instincts when interacting with family and visitors

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care including showering/bathing, hair care, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aid in programming and activities for residents.
• Monitor safety and wellbeing of residents.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
