Job summary

Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled caregiving team. Our residents rely on compassionate, attentive assistance.

As a CNA, you will help residents with personal care, monitor health indicators, and document care in our charting system. The role offers rotation through days, evenings, and nights, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record health indicators and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on charting system.
