Job summary

Emerald Crest of Minnetonka, a Cassia community, is seeking dedicated On-Call Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to support memory care residents in a home-like setting. You will provide person-centered care, assist with ADLs, and promote dignity and independence within a supportive team culture.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.38 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for training and growth. Join us in Minnetonka to make a real difference in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiver experience (HHA, PCA, or CNA).
• Medication passing experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

Position Type: On-Call

Pay:$20.00 - $24.38 / hour depending on experience.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Aide in programming and activities with residents.
• Monitor the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
• Prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Needs to have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver (Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), orCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA))
• Experience with medication passing is preferred.
• We are willing to train the right candidate on medication administration.
• Apassion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital.
• Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.
