Job summary

Cassia Community's Moose Lake Assisted Living in Moose Lake, MN is hiring On-Call Caregivers (HHAs or PCAs). No experience required; we provide training to set you up for success and grow with Cassia.

As a Caregiver you will assist residents with ADLs, personal care, and medication administration, document services, and support a safe, dignified daily living environment. Shift options include days, evenings, and nights with competitive pay and differential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred; training provided.
• CN A certification bonus is a plus.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Able to stand and walk most of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with showering/bathing, hair care, nail care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, ROM.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
