Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX to support maintenance operations and resident services. You will perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turns under the Service Manager, while ensuring safety and quality across the community.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• Ability to use maintenance tools and small equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• On-call and emergency responsiveness
• Flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC support
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Support unit turn processes for new residents
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and tools in good condition
• Operate maintenance equipment and vehicles safely
• Communicate with manager on priorities and issues
• Provide courteous service to residents
