Qualifications

• Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8–12 hour standing shifts.
• Available to work weekends and on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Respond to work orders timely, including after‑hours on‑call requests.
• Assist in inspecting public areas and resident apartments to uphold maintenance standards.
