Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance functions.
• Electrical and controls knowledge is preferred.
• PLCs and HVAC troubleshooting a plus.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment as required.
• Work with management to minimize downtime.
• Analyze downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems.
• Maintain maintenance-related records.
• Perform facilities maintenance.
• Support annual goals set by plant management.
• Contribute to improvements in throughput, inventory and costs.
• Follow health, safety, quality and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
