Job summary

Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support The Lodge at Lakeline Village in Cedar Park, TX. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping tasks and perform apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins.

On-call duties include nights and weekends; strong communication with residents and vendors is essential. Tools ownership is required, and occasional travel to other properties may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Own hand tools; power tools provided by employer.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Travel to assist other properties or training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and work orders for residents.
• Perform apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls and on-call duties.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and quality while coordinating with residents and vendors.
