Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance technician experience in property, construction, or related trades.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred.
• Proficient in reading manuals and documenting work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders daily with high quality.
• Maintain property grounds including cleaning, snow removal, and preventative care.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
