The position requires 3+ years of experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotation and full-time hours are included, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time maintenance experience or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.
• Residential multifamily maintenance functions.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Understanding of water and gas shutoffs, fixture shutoffs, and sewer cleanouts.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with residents.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete property work orders safely and promptly according to company protocols.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including trash-outs and make-ready work.
• Service residential appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures.
• Re-key apartments and assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Maintain apartments in ready-to-rent condition.
• Conduct daily inspections and identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas.
• Promote a safety-first environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
