Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities in Chevy Chase, MD. You will perform preventative maintenance and address service tickets, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep units ready for move-in.

This on-site role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends or evenings as part of an on-call rotation. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Show care and provide excellent service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
