Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe and well-maintained in Reno, NV. You will perform daily repairs, prepare vacant units, manage supplies, and respond to service requests on a 24-hour on-call basis.

Ideal candidates have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, experience with hand tools, and a strong commitment to safety and professional appearance. We offer full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience with property maintenance/handyman tasks preferred.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform compliance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
