Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mount Union, PA. This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires on-call support for emergencies and routine maintenance to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

You will manage daily work orders, perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, and contribute to maintaining grounds and a high standard of property upkeep. This role supports our Mount Union Senior housing community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation).
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3-5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies.
