Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance for work orders in plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Maintain building, grounds, and amenities to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Respond to after-hours emergency work requests as part of on-call rotation.
• Inspect work performed by vendors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with unit turnovers and restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Clean and prepare vacant units and common areas for occupancy.
• Communicate maintenance needs clearly and report on progress.
