You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, work with a mobile app to close work orders, and maintain grounds. On-call availability and reliable transportation are required for this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a 24 to 48-hour basis.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Be on-call for emergencies and respond promptly.
• Manage grounds and upkeep per standards.
