Wallick Communities in Middleton, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 100% employee-owned team. This full-time role includes rotating on-call duties and a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow as we maintain affordable housing and welcoming communities.

You’ll complete work orders, assist with unit turns, respond to emergencies, and stay certified as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders: Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns: Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards: Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
• Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.
