Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Villages at Roll Hill in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role includes rotating on-call shifts with a pay rate of $21-$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality repairs.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and adapt to a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders using our maintenance tech tools.
• Manage unit turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Handle emergencies and respond to on-call maintenance requests.
• Maintain high standards and document work performed.
• Stay certified and keep required licenses up to date.
