Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our technology.
• Manage Unit Turns to prep units for new residents.
• Handle Emergencies with on-call shifts when required.
• Maintain high standards and document work accurately.
• Stay certified as required for the role.
