Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependable with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders using our maintenance software quickly and accurately.
• Manage unit turns to prepare homes for new residents as directed.
• Respond to emergencies, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain high standards by keeping communities in top condition.
• Maintain required certifications for the role.
