Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Washington Court Family Apartments in Washington Court House, OH 43160. This full-time, 24/7 on-call role involves completing work orders, preparing units for new residents, handling emergencies, and maintaining high building standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience with plumbing/electrical knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a focus on quality repairs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and quality repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders: Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns: Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards: Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
• Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.
