Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
• Must be able to use maintenance equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of building maintenance including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance repairs and unit make-ready duties on vacant units.
• Address electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and related tasks in work orders and projects.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance; monitor building systems.
• Assist outside contractors and vendors; manage on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain inventory and keep records of repairs, replacements, and purchases.
