Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation and respond to issues affecting residents and property.
• Complete work orders within 1 business day of submission.
• Complete apartment turns within 6 days of move-out.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as scheduled.
• Maintain records of work orders, time, and punch forms.
