Conifer Realty in Rochester, NY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead apartment maintenance teams and keep communities safe and thriving. You’ll supervise operations, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.

HVAC certification and strong maintenance experience are essential, with on-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule. Join a company that has built affordable housing for 50 years.

Formación

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
• Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
• Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.
