Job summary

Senior Suites of Fays Point is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to manage routine work orders and ready apartments for move-in. You will perform repairs, organize supplies, and handle general projects across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping while supporting safety and disaster plans.

The role requires reliable communication, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform prep work and repairs to ready apartments for move-in.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Handle general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Know and follow property emergency, safety, and disaster plans.
• Maintain office, shop, storage, and mechanical areas per policies.
• Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed.
