Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of telephone sales, clienteling, luxury hospitality, or premium wine industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
• Experience using CRM and other computer-based tools.

Aufgaben

• Proactively generate revenue through relationship-based client outreach and meet sales goals.
• Deliver gracious, highly personalized service to new, current, and previous clients.
• Recommend wines based on client preferences, purchase history, and engagement.
• Enter sales orders into CRM, maintain client database, and set follow-up tasks.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails regarding direct sales orders.
• Educate customers on Phelps Preferred opportunities and benefits.
