Job summary

Cannonball Arts LLC in Downtown Seattle is seeking an On-Call Event Support teammate to assist with setup, guest services, and during events as needed. You’ll work alongside the Event and Venue Operations teams to keep shows running smoothly, adapting quickly in a busy live environment.

This part-time, on-call role requires evening and weekend availability, strong communication, reliability, and a passion for art and music.

Qualifications

Experience in live events, hospitality, venues, or production.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Must be motivated, dependable, and able to follow directions.
Understanding of event production flow and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup and strike — moving furniture, staging, signage, décor, and other event equipment.
Support front-of-house operations including ticket scanning, line management, and guest assistance.
Provide hands-on support to Event, Venue Operations, and Facilities Teams during events as directed.
Monitor spaces for cleanliness, safety, and accessibility, reporting issues to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with staff, vendors, and artists to ensure smooth event flow.
Communicate clearly via radio and in person; stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
Represent Cannonball Arts with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for our community and culture.
