Job summary

Pursuit in Lodge Grass, MT is seeking a kitchen team member for part-time on-call duties. You will prepare and cook menu items, stock stations, and support events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hot line experience, strong cooking skills, and a commitment to food safety. This role offers hands-on collaboration, fast-paced service, and opportunities to grow within Pursuit's diverse hospitality group. Starting wage is $22.50/hour; must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hot line experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
• Strong cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and willing to assist where needed during service
